Holistic Training is a training for people who want to improve their quality of life, be able to communicate better both at work and in private life and to cope successfully with the challenges of life.
On Monday, the 5th of April, starting at 6 pm, there will be an Introductory Evening to the first level of training, ‘Holistic Training’.
(An Introductory Evening in Estonian will take place on the 3th of May and in Russian on 14th of April)
The trainers will be talking about the training, introducing the curriculum and answering your questions. The event itself is free of charge to attend.

Holistic Training – time for yourself!
This is a self-development training that combines modern methods of transpersonal psychology with both ancient and modern knowledge of the human energy system and body-mind relationships. The training is intended for those who want to understand themselves better and are looking for their place in the world.

Holistic Regression Therapy – the second level of training
The second part of the training is for those who want to work as a therapist. But it is also suitable for people who do not wish to become therapists yet who want to deepen their skills in working with people and are interested in combining the techniques and knowledge learned in training with their professional work. A prerequisite for participating in the second level of the training is the completion of the first year, Holistic Training, in compliance with the requirements.
