Marina Paula Eberth<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was born on the island of Muhu in 1952. I have spent my whole life learning and teaching others. After graduating from the University of Tartu, I worked for 18 years at Tallinn Pedagogical University. I was one of the first practical psychologists in Estonia who, in the early 1980s, started to explore the innovative area of video training under the guidance of Henn Mikkin. For 15 years, I taught people in different fields of life, created new training programmes and instructed video trainers. The work of a video coach led me to leaders and leadership \u2013 training top managers helped me understand that a good leader should be a good communicator and must understand people.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1989\u20131995, I led an interesting project at the Tallinn Pedagogical University, where a training programme for school psychologists and counsellors had to be developed. In addition to managing a lab, I was also able to teach a variety of subjects related to counselling skills and psychotherapy.<\/span><\/p>\n

A big change came in 1995, when I settled in Denmark. I learned Danish and studied transpersonal psychology and psycho-spiritual counselling under Ingelis Emby (DEVA DK). When the National Commission<\/span> recognised my professional competence, I got a Danish psychologist-psychotherapist licence and started working. In 1998, I founded the Holistic Institute (originally the Holistic Therapy Institute) in Copenhagen. In the beginning, there were no rooms, staff, or students \u2013 only a vision of what a school supporting human development and improved quality of life should be like. On 1\u00a0May 2018, the institute marked its 20th anniversary, and we have a lot to be happy about. I am very glad that the institute has a united team, a professional board and very good trainers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first level of training \u2013 holistic training \u2013 is becoming more and more popular every year. By June 2019, over 700 people had completed training. We have awarded the second-level graduation certificate to 105 people. The first Estonian holistic regression therapists completed their three-year training in 2006. The second class graduated in 2010, the third in 2012 and the fourth in 2014. The graduation ceremony of the fifth class was held in December 2015. I am delighted that interest in our training is constantly increasing; the institute is currently teaching more than 200 people.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a member of the Earth Association for Regression Therapy (EARTh).<\/span><\/p>\n

Heili Laido<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am a psychologist. I have worked as a consultant, trainer and lecturer for almost 30 years. I started as a researcher at the Tallinn Pedagogical Institute, where I also got my first knowledge of holistic medicine and of the holistic approach to people.<\/p>\n

Since 1980, I have been continuously involved in various self-development courses, and in addition to psychological training, I have studied folk medicine and Chinese medicine. Holistic regression therapy, however, is the culmination of all this, as it provides the best opportunities for both personal and professional development.<\/p>\n

My profession has always allowed me to be creative and to realise new ideas \u2013 I was one of the founders of the Tallinn Pedagogical Institute (present-day Tallinn University) health lab. I was the first to practise some new forms of therapy in Estonia, including dance and movement therapy and nonverbal communication therapy. My mother, who is a medical doctor, and I developed children\u2019s creative therapy and autogenic training.<\/p>\n

Based on my experience and knowledge, I am increasingly convinced that all people have the right and opportunity to live happily. I believe that one does not have to suffer and that every one of us has the power to help find solutions. Creating personal relationships and one\u2019s own world is a wonderful process, and this created world is a very secure place. I\u2019m happy here with my wonderful family and all my companions.<\/p>\n

I am pleased that my work has also been a hobby and that in addition to self-help, I can help many others in creating their own worlds.<\/p>\n
